The Alamo Institute is a place somewhere where tests and experiments were performed on Children. A 'jail break' from the Alamo was successful. Simulations were performed along with rigourous Testing of the geniuses (Street) and ESPers (People with Extra Sensory Perception. Like Trixie)
Perhaps there are other places out there just like these....
Employees of the Alamo:
Dr. Judson Clarke: Head of the Alamo Institute and a badly addicted smoker with badly messed up lungs...depends upon an oxygen tank to breathe.
(More to come as Street has flashbacks and Dr. Kidder knows...she used to be an employee there before she organized a jail break and all the kids from this particular time period escaped.)
Agt. Rachel "Rae" Philips...a crooked agent whose job is that of Recruiter (sometimes by excessive force because what child would want to go with this woman of their own free will?) and Retreiver (All those kids must be returned and if they are too old...wipe their memories!) It is unclear which agency she works for at this time.
It is rumored that a shadowy man whose name is Sorrell Cunningham is the liasion between the Alamo Institute and other similar places and Sen. Bob "Vicious" Akron (R.). Sorrell gets the credits from "Vicious" to Dr. Clarke to keep his Institute open, pay Agt. Philips and training the...we will find out what he was trying to train those children to do as the RP progresses.
